putting your phone number on your profile is not a good idea for obvious reasons

Honestly, and without wishing to be rude, the best advice anyone could give you is to search "advice" in the forum search; plenty of helpful tips!
Ultimately there's no copy and paste profile/message template, you can only be yourself. Best of luck! |

Remove your number from your profile.
Only mail people who's criteria you meet.
Put a little effort into your mails, one liners aren't going to grab anyone's attention, and show that you've read that persons profile.
Be polite, and be patient. |
