So what makes a film "Irish"? One that is made in Ireland, about Ireland, directed by an Irishman or other? For example Saving private Ryan was filmed in part here, has an Irish (descended) main character but I wouldn't class it as an Irish film. |

Mickey Bo and me and the committments are two greats. Loved the guard, my left foot, in the name of the father and can't think of the name of the one about the street traders in Dublin with angelica hue ston in it?
