Out for a run this morning and something big flew into the back of my mouth, causing me to gag and swallow the nasty fecker.
So do you think I will die like it says in the rhyme, or should I swallow a spider to kill the fly

I can't think of much to say really Red. I know its hard for you to keep your mouth shut in the woods but sometimes you should just shut your bake and let them hit your face  |
