Also in the fitness industry but haven't always been. And tbf I've changed my body shape hugely in the last eight years. I don't sit on a fence preaching, because what I do and how I eat isn't for everyone and that is perfectly fine with me. I'm not a perfect human specimen and I'd never dream of claiming to be. I appreciate flaws in others once they can appreciate mine also. And if I'm honest, if having ur biscuit with ur tea or coffee makes u happy, then have the goddamn biscuits. Life is too short live it how you want to live it. Not how someone else thinks u should live it.
Now who hid my broccoli |

I do the training so i can have the bars of choc.
Have to be allowed some pleasure in life.
And im not all that bothered what the body looks like as its my fitness levels i focus on. Always room for improvement but i enjoy my chocolate too much to give it up. |

Well done OP.
It's great to feel happy and healthy.
I too have changed my eating habits and love going training.
I do it for me, my head space and the sheer enjoyment.
I don't preach to others about what they do/don't eat I just do my own thing.
I still enjoy chocolate just not as much at one sitting as I used to. |

I generally work on an 80/20 split with my food. I haven't got the discipline to cut out sugar completely and I love my biscuits. Never really been badly overweight but decided to get a bit more serious about it a few years ago. Changed how I ate and trained and dropped my body fat from 20% to 12.5%, where it seems to stay now. When I don't train for a few days, I feel my headspace change and not in a good way. |

" well done I'm same still once exercise and eating well becomes your lifestyle and not something you must do its second nature...the body will adapt and shape in time if you stick to it! |
