These & also use the 'private note' to write down good/bad observations on profiles. It is an underused helpful tool. |

Welcome. Even with the filters you will have a lot of your own filtering to do. Go with your gut when you have any doubts.
There are great people on here but can be a pain getting to them lol. We have met some great people on here.
