Sennheisers are better value than any other decent brand imo. I use them for dj'ing and have done for 20 years. Their entry level ones have really good sound quality a thousand times better than any beats headphones. |

I guess if your looking for a decent set of cans you're in the right place.
I suggest you consider a pair of AKG K271 Mkii, google them, currently at an unbelievable 1/3 discount price on thomann. |

As others have said Sennheisers are great, two others I'd recommend would be Bose & Dennon. But at the end of the day it boils down to the type of sound he likes and budget. Good luck with whatever you decide. |

I have a pair of Akg k452 on ear and sennheiser in ear. The in ear are better as they kill out all the background sound but the o ears are more comfortable for long periods. Both have mic so you can take phone calls while wearing them.
The akg has adjustable volume and you can skip songs or pause it from the mic lead if you have an android phone.
Would recommend both but they did cost a few quid but you get what you pay for. Most decent shops will have pairs you can try before you buy but it will depend on what you listen to. |
