blocked from sending mail for some reason,

does anyone know why this has happened ??

was in conversation,then all of a sudden, red letters stating we have been blocked and to try again in couples of hours!"

Did you post a link, or something that could be mistaken for a link to another website? That can do it, but I think you get warned not to do it first.

I have no idea so. I doubt you'll get a reason from admin, and if it only lasts a couple of hours it's probably not worth the hassle of asking them.

bad punctuation can make the filters trigger an auto ban eg

I'm coming home.Come over

Would get interpreted as a link to a website:

home.com

Easy done, and the ban usually lifts automatically in a couple of hours

I thought that, but surely you would get a warning instead of a full on block?

No, it's an auto-filter - programming in the system - not a human doing the blocking, so no warning.
