My sub (soon to be gf maybe) is heavily tattooed. 
There is another heavily tattooed woman I been talking to on here recently. Her Username is xxxhoneyxxx.
You could always message her a hello but obviously if she doesn't find you attractive then nothing will happen.
The only other way really is to do a search then trawl through the profiles to
see which ones say heavily tattooed.
