On the German site jozclub and the international SDC one can get little assecories like pins or t/shirts with embroidery which allows the site members to recognise each other in the vanilla world. Would something like an insider symbol be appreciated in Ireland? If so what would you suggest? |

I feared so, sometimes I start thinking whether swingers should have a coming out similar to the gay scene and maybe some political voice to emancipate swinging as something which is neither dirty nor illegal nor is it harmful to live a liberated sexuality
We got tolerance for all kind of stuff but with regard to natural human promiscuity we still behave like committing a capital crime or consuming illegal drugs |

As a symbol something could be used which only insiders would recognise, similar to the anklets of hot wife's or the secret signs of free masons, very subtle but if worn by several people at the same spot like a hotel or a SPA or a nightclub where Granny doesn't go for the loud noise...... |

I dont think it would really work.. as I always have black ring even before fab and before I heard about what it means!
So any symbol could be wear by vanila person unless it includes word Swinger in/on it |

Ireland is so rich in Celtic symbols, how about the St Bridget's cross, it use to be a pagan symbol of fertility before the Irish Catholic Church embedded it in their own methodology |

Sounds more like a secretive sectarian society to me than a liberation of sexuality or celebration of promiscuity. It might work for you as a man or a couple but I'd fear as a single woman it will be read most of the time as 'she's game' and I don't even want to imagine what the outcome of that is. |
