To answer the question, ever since the "say you'll be there video" with emma bunton looking all cute with her perky tits in that little black dress.
Mel C had the best voice.
Geri had the best body
Didn't find scary or posh attractive
Emma was the best all rounder, and she was so hot in her "what took you so long" video (esp if you listen hard to the backing vocals she says "i'll suck you all night")

Sporty looked a bit like a dole scratching single mother of 3 from Darndale back then.
Ginger looked way older than the rest, like their auntie or something.
Posh couldn't sing and just stood there pouting. Nothing new here 20 years down the road.
Scary spice always looked like her outfits were made of leftover material from Bet Lynch's leopard print regalia on Coronation Street.
