I know this is probably unusual but I really don't get the last second messages would you like to meet up. I will be in such a such place for the night. I just wish people would read our profile and 2 that people stop assuming that we are all waiting by our computers for a last second meet. People do have plans kids work etc. 
Sorry just my mini rant today.

Optimism is a wonderful thing. Link that with a gps locator and no matter what your profile says, they won't even look at it. You could say on your profile that you only want one legged blind men with 8 toes but that won't matter because they are within a quarter of a mile of you ... You want them.  |

I always try to adhere to what a profile says. People complain about the volume of mails they receive but some of these don't state what they are looking for |

Relax
This isn't a topic that needs such heated debate
Last min meets don't work for most couples. And many women. They may be exciting for you but when you are asked a few times a day it gets irritating

 I don't really try too often. Imagine this scenario your a couple or a woman who have on their profile looking to meet men. A man passing through the area thinks I'm here every Monday and only noticed this profile because of whose nearby search option. If I message and ask to meet for a coffee and there's an attraction sure we have the first meeting done |

In fairness he did say someone who's up for a meet. I assume he messages people who do spontaneous meets.

I wouldn't send them myself and I can see how they'd be annoying but I suppose if you send enough of them, you might eventually get lucky. Law of averages and all that.
Of course, you'd probably find yourself on loads of block lists long before you got lucky... |
