It can become very off putting DH... theres days lately where i despair more than have a laugh. So I tend not to post as i couldnt be arsed getting caught up in the bullshit that goes on here at times  |

It goes in cycles though. I recall a time a couple of years ago when every single thread was a heated debate and rows and ructions were the order of the day, with all sorts of abusive stuff being flung around the place. Every day someone else got a lifetime ban until eventually it all calmed down and everything became fairly sterile. Then the numbers using the forum dropped off until people started getting brave again. We may now have crossed another peak but it certainly wasn't as bad as it had been a few years back. |

It always tends to quieten down in the summer months though. Peeps with kids don't log in as much and holidays and that kinda thing. There is an awful lot of "regulars" not posting as much any more which is a pity as their posts are always good to read |

I was working over the weekend and only peeped in and out of the forum, however it seemed like an air strike is happening with all the explosions on threads and implosions of threads. Maybe it's just the heat the peeps can't handle. Good thing we're going back to Irish temperatures this week. |
