We'll sort that out lilred. And God yeah Xanadu it was so humid. Very uncomfortable running in it but great atmosphere as always

I was there cheering on Mrs Pear, it was humbling to see the winners, both male and female. They looked like they'd only run about 300 metres at a jog they were so fresh. The guy that won it won two other races THAT WEEK. A half and a 5k.

Oh Clontarf is a lovely flat one though tough on the sand and usually very hot in July. Enjoy it and the pint of beer at the finish line

Oh they're amazing, they look like they just glide along. The rest of us mortals are dead at the end lol
