Bikini ready...

As the holidays are getting ever closer it's time to try to get somewhat ready for donning a bikini in public.
Looking for advice from all of the sexy Fabbers who seem to know what they are doing. I have two months until Mr Mcjoy whisks me away to a lovely beach and I'd like to (try) tone up the tummy area.
Started going to the gym 3-4 times a week a couple of months ago but I'm now bored with the programme I was given and the staff don't seem to eager to help
I know there's no magic wand to fix it for me but what exercises should I be doing if I'm hoping to see any improvement in the next 8 weeks?!
Thanks in advance

Cardio cardio cardio and a bit more cardio. Squats and lunges as the engage your core. Legs raises, planks till you cry. You don't need an instructor standing over you but you do need a plan and to be honest anyone here who can't see your breaking pint or ability shouldn't really offer a plan.
Ask the head trainer for one PT class, tell him what yu need and pay extra if you have to. After that you just nee good tunes good food and will power. It's not good to just target one area but for toning in such a short space of time you have to hammer cardio and have a super clean diet.
Good luck ad try to enjoy it as much as I do regardless of the results. Its as good for your mind as it is your body |

Be aware that if you have been pregnant you may well have slack skin on your stomach that will only be highlighted by losing weight, nothing but surgery will fix that. |

Thank you that all sounds great ..... Apart from the enjoying it part
Gonna be very honest, my ability is not great but it's improving all the time .... I've gone from not being able to run in outta the rain to doing 40-50 minutes on the treadmill- which is an achievement in itself for me. My willpower isn't hectic either but I am trying to push myself everyday.
I know it's not ideal to target one area but it's the only place I'm not seeing an improvement as of yet. I'm still doing leg day, arm day and core day as per my programme. I don't eat clean, but I do eat healthily |

I am not looking to lose weight really (great if it's a side effect) as I've already got myself to a weight Im comfortable at. At this point I'm just trying to tone up. But I take your point thank you |

The gym is a good start but you do need a proper plan. And diet is the key. I'm currently on 6 eggs, one chicken breast and a small meal a day. It's a killer not eating sweets but it should be worth it |

You have to make your meal plan as achievable as your workout targets. I enjoy cooking and find it cheaper to use lower cal ingredients. I don't eat bread or at sauces from a jar. The rest is fair game in moderation as I've no intention of killing myself in search of a six pack that I will never get. Simple thing my first kickboxing coach told me. If you can meal plan and be good during the week you can afford the few treats at the weekends. I live by that now and it works for me. To be very honest MC I know it's been said before but like...ye know...as you are...so would |

"Some nice one-piece swimsuits in LIDL tomorrow.
Thanks, I'll be sure to keep my eye out for them "
That was just my own personal solution to the problem!
Having since seen your profile, I should say you have absolutely nothing to worry about.
You already have an amazing bikini-body. (Unless you've changed drastically since those pics!)
Shandy |

Well thank you, that's kind of you to say. I'm just a bit more wobbly than I'd like
No I haven't had any drastic change since those pics were taken thankfully ..... One was in my garden a few days ago |

"Friend of mine ruthlessly cut out sugar & he's had incredible success. Try it, it's not that bad for example coffee with just milk."
I have really cut back on my sugar intake over the last few months but cutting it altogether is a tough thing to do...... Almost everything contains sugar. I don't take sugar in tea or anything and I don't actually buy or use sugar in the house but there are lazy days when a jar of something comes out of the cupboard and I know it's filled with the stuff!
I think I would need someone with me 24/7 telling me what I can and can't eat for that to work for me. |

Ms McJoy shooosh, would you. You have a fantastic, bikini ready body, no tweaking needed.
Some of my favourite ab exercises that work for me are leg raises, plank, v ups with a kettle bell or plate, and I like the ab wheel also.
But seriously don't see that you need them |

You should market that Fyfe program. It might just take on but tell me what the 'e' for in the 'fuck yourself fit'. Got me stumped |

I love dancer size. It's a cardio workout that is fun to do and once you do one round of classes...you have the move's to do it at home...the music is great and when you feel really energised try wrist and leg weight's plus someone already mentioned the plank...I do that at the end...this will improve more than your beach body
Have a great holiday |
