Just read it they quoted a forum thread posters saying limerick is going to be hot this weekend, it's gutter press at its best the reporter hasn't a clue must have being a slow week for her |

When I read this earlier I popped fab swingers into Google and then clicked on "news" on the top and there's an entirely different story running in the uk, about a man who was on here and mentions the site but more so about the mans carry on!!
Ah must be a slow news day for the rag papers, but if journalists keep reporting about swinging and swingers it won't be as shocking for the general public and might even help lessen the stigma! So thanks Patricia  |

The gutter press have their Snakes in the Grass signed up to all the sites - for years. Their profiles are well verified, well-established and on the face of it, they are regular members of the community. That's how they operate - infiltrate, participate, gain confidence - and then expose!
Been telling you all, for years - just because they're part of the scene here doesn't mean you should automatically trust everyone.
There's an obsession with avoiding/having no contact with Newbies, but in reality, very few Newbies are the cause of the kind of sensationalist trash that gets into the rags.
Nothing new under the sun here - again .. .. ..

I agree, its sensationalism, if they were regular long term members they would know how things actually work. But the reality of swing and fab wouldn't sell papers so they try and make it out to be seedy etc. I didn't read the article as I wouldn't touch that paper but I'm imagining that's what they have done |
