There's going to be some moaners but for anyone who's interested I did it by county, then matched the sex and age preference.

So as we have some (one) moaner I'll repeat myself:
I looked at county first- purely county. I wasn't going looking at counties within other counties radius.
Then I looked at the sex preferences-ie seeking men, women, mf etc
Then I looked at age preference,
