Yes you can...With most blocking apps. You can set to block both calls and texts with an automated generic reply or a specific message or no reply. The blocker log will show how when and how often they tried to contact. I have used one very successfully for 3 yrs now. |

You can on an iphone. Not sure how you do it on an android. But having said that it doesn't stop them being able to call or text from another number. If its really bad consider changing your number |

Not sure if it's phone or android specific, or if that makes sense  , but on my HTC if you press and hold the specific text conversation a menu will pop up with an option to block. |
