I remember when i joined a status up date was abkut a meet or change if preference. And the forum was interesting.
Fab has gone downhill because people are using it like fb. I couldnt care less what tge weathers like in your area or if you go to the gym or not.can we please get this swinging site back about swinging |

So a voyueristic view into swingers everday lives is what people want? There used to a site swingers ire that didnt have updates and the like and it had a smaller membership on it but most where genuine and used the site for proper swingers chat |

In fairness, the forum would be better if it was split into different pieces like it is on the other site, a section for bi stuff, a section for meets, a section for stupid stuff, a section for chatting about everything else etc....then you can avoid everything you aren't interested in.....i thought this was more about the status thing though, none of it bother me, i like reading.  |

There are still plenty more swinger sites for Ireland, I've no idea if they're any good but maybe there's one that suits you better.
I simply don't read threads that don't interest me and it doesn't bother me at all that they are there.
What is holding you back starting your own threads that are strongly swinging related? |

There are still plenty more swinger sites for Ireland, I've no idea if they're any good but maybe there's one that suits you better.

great point. I enjoy this site and dont wish to leave as it has many good parts aswell as bad. Its the users im havingva rant at. The local updates is a joke. The odd meet or new member comes uo but mostly its about people telling you their dining plans |

In my opinion it doesn't bother me to see people's updates . if anything it gives me a better insight into their personality , id much prefer to see a bit of banter and funny updates besides the wanna fuck threads |

Ive blocked so many women in here on thr basis of fucking irritating updates they put up that appear in my local updates...its cuts down the rubbish nicely. As for the pathetic childish threads that appear, unfortunately that just seems to be an irish thing. Dont seem to see as much of that father ted type stuff in the uk pages |

This forum like any other one
My personal opinion is I don't mind what is posted, or if posters compliment each other. I choose which ones I can relate to and ignore those that I not interested in.
This forum like any other one is what you make of it. So instead of slagging how its used, or other posters, why not fix the problem as you see it and post a swinging related topic it that's what you want to see discussed.

If anybody finds it squashed or otherwise will ye let her know before she gets a pollution fine from the council for all the posters she has up.
John Joe Flynn lost his false teeth Friday nite to, as he staggered home from the pub.
He thinks he stopped a few times to throw up.
So while your out searching for mcginty's cat keep an eye open for them.
They should be easy to spot, he had corn on the cob and peas for his tea.

I'd just say that if you find a thread boring then don't bother reading or commenting on it.
Shame I don't follow my own example.
I'd rather look at juice plus/herbalife sellers gushing about how great their stuff is. That's the one thing that makes me block people and I'm glad that's not spread to fab. |

It's a double edged sword really. Yes, the "why can't I get meets" or "why can't women reply" or the weekly "squirting/watersports/porn cinema" threads can get tiresome, but at least the forum is active. I was also a member of another site (it had a "4" in the web address) and the forums there were dead. the only people who would post were newbies, and the subjects were idiotic and no one would reply.
People post about real life stuff here because sex sex sex sex sex gets boring sometimes. Having sex is better than taking about it, and we can't talk about it all the time.
I've been on fab almost three years now, and in general, the forum is about the same. At the start I was pissed off that threads would go off topic and get derailed but it was only because most of the posters had built up friendships (usually through meets or socials) so banter and in jokes between them were rife. You could either choose to jump and with both feet or bitch about it, so I jumped in.
I just avoid the threads that don't interest me and comment on the ones that do.
But OP, it can't come as a shock to you that people lead their lives and use fab differently to you. |
