Powerade or something similar, and a bowl of good salty soup,
Was dubious about hair of the dog till I was given a shot of Port one time, really did the trick! |

A greasey breakfast roll always works to help soak it up. Along with some lucazade sport for rehydration. A hand full of pain killers never go a miss either. |

Just to keep you all updated risked a Chinese, milled it even with the meat sweats!couldnt have been any nicer lol but I am now suffering from the fear....anytime I close my eyes it feels like I'm suffering cardiac arrest. Someone help please |

Sorry randy..this deed you must complete by yourself... you gave your body an alcohol overload. Its basically telling you it cant cope. Give it some help by flushing your system with water. Its the only resource that will heal you ,even if it means youre up during the night for a wee, at least you know your organs are functioning properly. Ive had the fear on a few occassions in my day, and a pint of water before bed after a night on the lash, can make a huge difference. Be well soon  |
