Fair play to those that are doing it..

5am tomorrow moring i will be cycling down to Arklow to join the last leg of the cycle back to Dublin so while i will miss the darkness into light physically, I will be with you in spirit.

Was supposed to do it but the guy I work with is a spokesperson for it so he needs the time off work more than me..good cause to highlight mental health ,depression & suicide awareness
