The waiting lists are huge ,..
I added a post there last week sayn I would be up for organizing a venue meet ,but need a hand with people who know how to do it ,we definitely need more meets and venue meets |

The lists are only huge if you are late to ask for an invitation there's always 4/5 weeks notice sometimes even more. We are limited to the number of people that the place can hold. The only advice i can give is put your name down early next time

Yeah if we give 5 weeks
Single guys list fills in 2 week max
Couples/women's list about 3/4 weeks.
And each time we host one we have had biggers places so more can come and they still fill up quickly. But still there's a percentage of people won't turn up on the night for various reasons |

The Forum is where they are usually posted but there is a Meets/Events tab also where they might be posted! |
