Hi fab's starting my first night training with the civil defence as a firefighter I can't wait but have butterflies in my stomach all day

I spent 6 years in a wicklow Fire brigade until I moved house. Brilliant thing to do and you will make some great friends doing it. Fair play to you

I did it in blanch.. Great craic and very rewarding.. Only thing I found was Halloween can be rough trying to put out bonfires in ballymun..lol..

On a Positive you will be well able to use your hose!!
