Drogheda fun nite spots

Jump to: Newest in thread

We're planning a fun weekend in Drogheda very soon. We're thinking it might be a fun idea to post a venue where interested couples n singles can go for a drink and mingle. No planning or any format, just putting word out and who knows how the evening might develop .....

Does anyone recommend and decent pubs in drogheda that might be suitable as in spacious, cosy and decent atmosphere?

Mcphails isn't a bad spot, definetely big enough for whoever shows up and is quiet enough that you can actually talk to people

Then head for the club's

That's Cagneys, nice bar.

Clarkes & Cross are good spots too but v small & with wee cubicles so not great for room if u want company.

McPhails is a good spot & has live music every night, a regular spot of mine.

There's something for every1 in Drogheda so just depends whether your looking for.

Will have to say it to herself, but considering how close we are to town, it'd be a shame not to have a drink

Chosen venue for the drink yet to be decided

Always the problem when u ask for names of good places and you get soo many favourable responses

Short of doing a pub crawl lol, what now

Wherever u choose please don't announce it up on forums as itl be an open invitation to all sorts of time wasters & nosies. Real fabbers/swingers value their privacy.

Think about what ppl U'd like to invite, whether u want only verif's or newbies or even those longtermers with no verif's (God forbid) & how many. Then maybe put up a meet in the meet page & pick your guests, exchange details privately.
