Surely the best is for the people involved to decide. There is no one answer fits all.

Some people like social meets first, some don't. Some people accommodate, some don't. Some people avoid alcohol on meets, some people don't like coffee

etc.

I've meet for coffee ( which I don't drink) first purely for safety and to see if there's an attraction

Had a coffee meet with a guy here and clicked and played and a great time made the mistake of meeting him at hotel when he was drinking ( completely different person ) LUCKY ESCAPE never can tell

I have met guys - including Lee - for a hotel meet without meeting first, never had a bad experience, but couldn't be bothered now tbh

First meet should defo be pre agrees between both parties. So really your first meet is totally up to u n the other. The usual is a coffee / tea or a pub for few social ones, then again ive had my fare share of meets that have been straight to business. From hotels to homes to car meets.

Really its all up to you and the other person / people participating. Should be mutually agreed and should always be safe.
