If anyone on here is having some mental health issue as i have been suffering with for the past few years please take the time out to listen to this brave person message. I was lucky enough to know that i had a problem and was able to rely on my friends and family to get me through it

I suffer with it now its at a stage wer I dont sleep havnt in over a year or that I do be up every day and nite I needed help reached out for it was put on tablets none which worked until recently and I go side effects with it now back to square one |

Seen that earlier on so brave of him saying all that I have an anxiety disorder and have at least 20 odd panic attacks a week such a horrible thing for anyone to go threw makes u feel so down in yourself sometimes really takes so much strength to get threw anything fair play to him |
