Run today cos i am dosed with head cold. Do a mix of gym sessions, mainly weights, weighted or body weight classes, train in boxing club, running and sexercise

Haven't been to the gym since before Christmas

Did some weights and a few hiit classes. More toning than gains tbh. Back on the mountain bike again in last few weeks and bought a roadbike to get some decent miles in.

Big time into my kettlebells at the minute. Going heavy with them for swings, get-ups, squats and presses (swinging, getting up, and squatting - quite appropriate for this site!) - it's definitely full-body work, and I love them. I've definitely toned up a bit and strengthened my core, lats and shoulders.. though I've a feeling I could be doing more of that sexercise..

I don't go to the gym. I have my own gym at home. Have a treadmill too.

Really gotta start using it more. Summer's coming

Fundalk

Calisthenics and Kettle-bells mostly.

I train BJJ. I'm more just looking to keep lean. If I want to bulk up I hit the Olympic lifts.

I prefer strength over size so I only do compound movements.

I go 6 days a week. 3 day split. Push on Monday, pull on Tuesday and legs on Wednesday then repeat. Hits every body part twice a week! I've been doing this for maybe 12 weeks now and my body fat has dropped and my strength has gone through the roof

cool, but I would break it up more in the week, one long run, but more short ones often does it for me when I train for the marathon..

Can't say I noticed

Once or twice a week. Not much cardio as I play a 5 a side game and do a lot of stair walking at work. Then it's super sets all the way mixing it up.

I exercise so I can eat

Running. Training 4 to 5 times a week. From 5ks to marathons. Totally addicted.

Best decision I've ever made, has only brought good and positive change to my life. And nothing hotter than a guy that can run

Gym, Jaysus that place would kill a good man. Don't the injected ya with horse drugs or something to but ya away mad in the head and have ya lifting heavy things and you making sounds like a Constipation bear in the woods. I went once but got barred for sticking my finger into my trainer, sure I didn't think she was going to go mad about it and go on about sexual abuse and all that kinda stuff.

I do training, write programmes, postural assessment and motion analysis. Yes ppl benefit from cardio, & resistance training at all levels, from health, body tone, weight control, strength gains, & injury prevention.

Its a good idea to do it

I do weights session or body weight core work three times a week, boxfit once a week, swimming twice and spinning twice. If there is still time for running after all that I am coming back after injury so short runs are fine for now.
