I don't use shampoo or conditioner very rarely only if there is no soap.I only use ordinary soap,just like my father and forefather.as my father says of his father, that he never seen a bottle of shampoo or conditioner in his life never mind use them, he just used soap. he worked hard on a farm all his life and he never was a smelly man. Im convinced all that shit is bad for youre hair. Ive a mop of hair and its not going all that grey either in a hurry.My brother of 6 years older is the same, he uses only soap too . yet the youngest of the 3 of uses all that crap and hes as grey as a badger. |

I do agree when hair is long and greasy it needs softner to make it more manageable/shiney ect . I once had long hair as long as any woman. Had to have it in a pony tail when playing rugby.Had a mullet too. |
