Well what else could you miss today other than a homegrown, worldwide classic...yes, today you miss our own Irish Coffee.
Heat the glass & sugar the rim, add a shot of Teeling's whiskey & a spoon of raw cane sugar and stir. Add a long espresso and a little hot water, stir then pour on a little lightly whipped cream over the back of a spoon so it floats.

i do believe you mean a lungo? almost twice the size of an espresso. hmm, not normally an irish coffee fan(no calypso, french coffee either). but that recipe sounds great. |
