I'm starting to feel like I'm all on my lonesome up here at the top of the north coast.....
Anyone who interests me seems to be at least an hour and half drive away.....
Most of the guys close to me seem to be married (no, no in my book) or just can't string a sentence together...   
Sometimes I feel like I'm being too picky.... 
Any advice?!
Or will I just have to sift my way through the neanderthals in hopes of finding a smart, funny, charming man full of sex appeal?

actually Clare but no i would say more action in cork or Dublin but it seems to be same everywhere, nice people always far away |

Derry i don't mind so much....
But my luck is usually they don't accomm.... or they won't/dont drive half way to meet me for a social |

Well as a Single guy i can tell you i can accommodate and i would also drive all the way or halfway or get a hotel somewhere that suits! I work, I Have a daughter and live a busy enough life but i can always make time no excuse!
So unless the guy is married or have girlfriend, etc they mighy not want to be flexible or cant! Also from a guy point of view if i dont think the girl is worth the hassle i wont do it! I only do it if its there handy easy and involve minimal effort!
Sorry that last bit sounds so wrong but is just straight talking and in a way how many guys think... Yes there are exception to the rule but they are a tiny tiny minority! "I dont sugar coat stuff after all im not willy wonka" |

Meanwhile, let's meet a few that will do the job (going on your verifications, February looks to me like you had quite a bit of fun, or at least they did). I wouldn't call you a picky girl

It's the same everywhere you're not alone, we promise. Never compromise just be patient. Let's face it there's a fair amount of eejits on here and that's not just single males but there are a few gems out there too that make it fun again it just takes some time to find them! |

Why do people always say this in threads? It's not the OP's fault that a guy would get "torn to shreds" for posting similar.
Just cos you think she's not doing too badly, doesn't mean she feels like that or that she's not entitled to a moan.
