Ok I tried to do a lotto before Christmas not sure how successful it was for meets or verifying newbies but I did try. I'm going to be very brave and offer a coffee meet to unverifieds on Saturday the 12th will be in Dublin area and daytime. Interested parties send pm with phone number so can give details on the day. Any ladies or gents who wish to attend too the help would be appreciated.  |

Pitty im buzy that weekend. This verification effort is a load of crap. You pay money put up pics and still no meets doesn't matter how may times you change profile. Just pointless  |

Love this idea but hate it at the same time. OP are you going to risk your good reputation by verifying anyone that shows up for coffee without a bit of a chat first? What if you end up verifying some unstable psycho? Sure it could happen under any circumstances but I personally wouldn't risk it with out a feel ya out chat before hand.
On the other end it is a sweet gesture and would prolly save us all from at least 1 more boo hoo, whao is me I can't get verified post. |

It's a coffee meet verification and the only reason these green ticks are there is to prove people are real I won't be verifying their character. I'm sick of fake profiles and being hounded to meet newbies when all they want is verified. It's an hour on a Saturday it won't kill me and as for verified males all being stable here well that's debatable anyway

Just a heads up miss carr lots of rugby on that day, huge day in the rugby calander. you could slightly theme it.Then again the rugby heads might sulk and stay away and watch their beloved sport, then again if you don't like rugby its a perfect day for it. |

haahha ..cherry we met before at a private party..I was unverified but got an invite. .I did have a short period of frustration on fab waiting to get verified. .but as I always say..patience is the kwy to success on fab..nobody likes a whinger..vwry unsexy  |

Well if guys want to be verified then they should make some effort to turn up!!
As you say... it is just verifying they are what they say on their profile regarding age etc.

To comment on previous message...how does even chatting or a phone call guarantee their character or good standing....shaking my head here. People live in fear and hold back so much as to what might or could or may not happen....All it reinforced is that step still don't know and will never know if they don't try.
I had two meets where we messaged and arranged to meet... One agreed to come in blindfolded, another was at her home. You ask both of them.... best meets they ever had to this day.... both listened and followed their gut feeling...not fear of 1/10000 possibility.
