I am not expert but lots of "ding dongs" pics come accompanied with a Sky remote controls.. I guess ladies like "ding dongs" and Sky tv

In answer to the original question, I'd say you probably are wasting your time yes.

1) Take more flattering pics
2) Don't spam about the porn cinema
3) Make sure you actually know the person you share a couples profile with
4) Make sure none can connect your new profile with this one. |

Yes and Im thinking he's taking these pics for intimate viewing only and the ladies are totally unaware hes doing this. Despicable thing to do especially as the younger lady has special needs. I mailed the profile with the younger lady involved and reported the same to admin. |

Total disgrace. I've had messages from the guy offering me the older lady if he could watch. Obviously did not come to anything. Guy should be kicked off the site. BTW does he have anything to do with the cinema he keeps trying to promote? |

As someone who works with "special needs"(hate that term btw) and runs courses with families about this exact topic the bottom line is for anyone who is "mentally impaired" or does not have the capacity to understand sexual activity, then it is illegal for them to have sex.
It does happen and no one has been convicted of any such offence in Ireland as of yet.
The op on the other hand does not seem to have an intellectual disability and has the ability to know what is right and what is wrong. What he did/doing is illegal and should be reported to the guards. The recent case of the girl with Down's syndrome who was raped in Dublin while out walking with her mam.
The attackers defence was "I didn't know she had downs syndrom"
Didn't wash with the courts and he got jail.
ANY sexual activity, be it pictures or penetration between the op and the girl in question is illegal.

Sadly youre not correct about nobody being convicted of such a crime, in this state I personally know of a man , I once knew who perpertrated such a heinous crime ,Im ashamed to say I even knew him.But he did the crime and he didn't do much time 3yrs I think.So Im pretty sure that precedent has been set. |

Nobody with an intellectual disability has been convicted of having sex with another person with an I.D
However
If you're of sound mind and can make informed decisions (do not have an I.D) and you have any sexual relationship with some who does have an I.D then you are breaking the law.
Like I said
The Indian guy who attacked the girl with down syndrome was convicted
He was of sound mind, she wasn't

It would seem that admin will find it difficult to get rid of him with him having multiple accounts .. Even at that, he'll just set up another one.
