Well done! I also Joined slimming world before Xmas and I've lost 19lbs. Easiest diet I've ever done I agree, it's just the bread and chocolate I miss most.  |

Well done gals! Fantastic news! I joined the gym last wk and have been toying with the idea of rejoining slimming world, this has given me food for thought think I'll bite the bullet and check out local classes |

Well done girls and guys, that's amazing! Rejoined Weight Watchers last week after an extended break :/ haha. Feeling positive though, and getting extra motivation from this thread.

Thats great , maybe we should have a weekly motivation thread to keep us going , chat about losses and some gains as it does happen, it be like our fab weight challeng group

What, to lose weight off your big toe, you supermodel?!?!?
Well done to all you amazing people with so much perseverance. I do the mutu-mamas programme which is just all about clean healthy alternatives and a bit of working out to get rid of the mummy tummy. Can't say I've lost weight but I certainly haven't gained any and my core has become incredibly strong. Xx |

"I'm planning to do this also guys,do you all go to the classes or anyone doing it online only ?"
I go to the classes and stay for the group chat , as it helps to motivate me for the week ahead , alot just go to the weigh in and leave but i defo recemmend to stay for the group chat , i also use the online to work out syns etc

Well I've booked a holiday!! Sunny Spain here I come lol
Countdown is on, feels like ages away but plenty of time to save and go off the carbs lol

Fair play well done keep it up..I got my extension through on my morgage today was able to clear all my son's debts to help him buy his 1st house he got married last may..so pleased I could help him..love him to bits ??? |

Well done you , i was the same , tried lots of different diets, had a personal trainer in the gym , but i feel this is best for me now
