"A knacker is a slang term for someone in the travelling community.. Pox bottle not sure and pram faced has me totally stumped lol"
Pram face is a young girl (teenager) who has a child. I was one having had my daughter at 16. She's now 27 and the best thing I've ever done besides my sons.
Sorry just wanted to explain why I got offended by the terms used |

Pox bottle is inner city dublin slang for a useless fool or also used to describe a toerag.
Its goes back quite a few centuries from doctors syringing fluid from certain diseases. ergo its a bottle that is by its nature useless. |

Urban dictionary says a pox bottle is northside of dublin "knacker" that sniffs glue and paint and is found unconscious in flat complexes |

Urban dictionary is mostly crap tbh lol. I am a dubliner through and through who spent many years as a kid hearing all these phrases and understanding the context that they were used in |

That's true, also ties in with the 'knackerwagon', someone on their last legs were "fit for the knackerwagon"....
Like an old rag 'n' bone man, they used to come along with their horse and cart to take away the dead! |

I think of the types who wear penny's pyjamas while strolling around Dublin city centre whenever these terms are used.
Also the term Hunzo or Besto conjures up thoughts of queues of pyjama clad, oversized hoopy earinged skangers outside of their local post office on the first Tuesday of each month, all lined up to collect a few quid for that night's stockpile of blue WKD |
