Got coerced into doing another 'Hell & Back' course, even though I said never again. This time the new course and venue at Newtownstewart, the first in NI. Although it 8k instead of normal 10k.

So any of u other fabbers for 'Hell & back' Well, it will be filthy and wet

Have one of theese on my to do list . Have you ever tryed tough mudder ? I worked at it on the medical team it looked tough but rewarding to finish

I did one last month, great fun but I was a little concerned for my ankles when I found myself running 1KM in an icy stream! I was in the first wave, had the best ground and finished in the top 5!!!!

I'm more than likely doing the bray events again this year even though the cold kills me.

First day back in the gym yesterday after a forced break of nearly three months and I'm so stiff I can just about hold my phone

Go u, I can just about finish it. Being a shortass makes some of the high obstacles difficult to get over...need a leg up

Wear gloves, fingerless one, I couldn't feel my fingers...it is good craic though...the pain we put ourselves through lol

Just got me thinking. I might join in that one...I'm in training for doing the Irish Iron Butt late this year, 32 counties in 12hrs on motobike.

tough mudder should be done if you can do hell and back you can do tough mudder Just an extra 10 k on top
