Was passing a hotel yesterday and I seen a big sign outside for a Brendan Grace show followed by Mike Denver show, it got me thinking (that doesn't happen often) that it could be a great night for a m&g. Sure of a laugh and people could have the aul run around the dance floor for a bit of bonding. Now if we booked into the hotel we could hit the bar afterwards. Just a idea. What's your views for that folks |

Not too many swingers like to mix in a civi night out as its not a swing event/m&g then.
It is hard to define who are swingers and who are not.
A M&G is usually well organised and held in a hotel function room where no one only swingers would attend.
You could have a small social meet at a venue like that but you would want to know everyone that would be attending.
It wouldn't be nice for a civi to be asked what's your swing site name..!

Unfortunately that is pretty much the case... Yes it would be nice to just have a Social somewhere, just a Social but one is trusting a lot to luck if they don't know who will turn up and stuff it up!
Even if a few are meeting for a Coffee in Hotel there will be the 'rubber necks' turning up to just watch/perv without making themselves known! |

If you fancy attending this event maybe it would be better that you organise to meet with just one or two other couples (with the same music tastes) and organise your own fun swapping dance partners etc and in the rooms after. I don't think you'd get a full scale social m&g at this kind of an event. |

Folks I was only testing the water, only used Brendan Grace and Mike danver as an example. I not organizing anything, like I said I was just looking feedback, we're still new to this game. |
