We always think if the profile is dull , to short, or worse, boring and full of cliches....
Or contains our personal favourite;
"We're only here for a short while..."
Then any subsequent meet would make for a long night...and not in a good way...
It's just as important as the verifications

OK, I am a bit of a wierd 1 so, as I read profile 1st to (hopefully) get an idea of the person(s) and then go have a gander at the pics - gives me a better idea of what I'm looking at, if that makes sense...
90% of the people I have messaged, I've done so bc I like the image their blurb has given me & the pics they have on show |

This is the way I do it too. If I see a forum post that stands out, I go to look at the profile to see if it backs up the brief impression given by the post. Then I'll have a look at the pics. I don't wink or send friend requests though. I'm antisocial like that  |

Funny thing is I read as far as the first thing that discounts me from their preferences if I get to the end and find there is nothing to serious that discounts me I mail them and tell em I am here come get me if u can  |
