From two accounts but same IP address won't work .. So if I just set up an acc n I got my friend to open one also n we tried to veri each other .. Epic fail  |

There's a lesson in this. Don't give your meets access to your internet! They can stand outside your gaffe running up your download limit downloading all sorts of crap.
Also OP I believe if the person is outside of your filters you will not receive the verification.
