Seeming as it's the 1st day of the new year and everyone is motivated but what happens if some peoples will power fades after a few days or slips up ..
So does anyone think a support thread would benefit posters.. It's always nice to have people helping you along your journey .. So yay or nay ??

Operation fabformation. We weight ourselves once a week, let's say a Monday morning, post it on a t
thread here with any weight lost or indeed weight grain. To those who are losing the weight weekly could share tips and recipes. |
