Do you make them or do you bother ?
I've never been one for them myself, i have shit will power lol
But this year is going to be different ! I've just organised a standing order to pay a few quid a week into a dormant credit union I've had but not used in years ,
So folks what if any are your plans for change in the new year? |

Roll on the New Year!!...
For 2016 I'm gonna up my game,
Eat more, drink more, exercise as little as possible, and try and stick to the McDonalds diet and use the drive through more often!!
Oh and I'm gonna give smoking a bash too!!

Stay off Fab more & go & enjoy my life outside of Fab more often..... ie get back to cycling..... if the weather improves that is....
.... also, spend more time with Jack, my 6 year old nephew!! There's so much more I want to do but I reveal all in here!!   |

I'm just looking forward to getting back to normal of training 3/4 times a week..eating good food and generally being happy.
Thing I need to work on for this new year is portion size.. It might be a healthy food but size sometimes does matter!

Mine is too give up the demon drink seriously getting too old now for it can't handle those or these feckin hangovers anymore ughhhhh but if that don't work deffo giving up coffee  |

give up fizzy drinks or at least cut them out as much as possible.
slowly give up the smokes iv only had 10 since new years eve
get back to eating low carb/ low GI
get fitter
thats about it |
