fair fucks to you _unterslick
wish i could give up but to be honest it's not an option as it's the only thing that keeps me sane
as for smoking round others i will ask if it's ok before lighting up in an another person's home or even in my own flat |

Im the one who wont meet smokers
Sorry but I admit Im the worse of the worse being an ex smoker myself but I cant abide the smell of it
And its not just the fresh smoke thing, its going into a house where everything stinks of stale smoke and that just clings. Theres even a certain cheapie hotel which is just minging of smoke - even the mattress and towels stink

I recommend lollipops, they give you something to suck on and keep your hands busy - worked for me although I now have a cranky dentist and have had to replace my lollipops with something else |

to be honest we would prefer non-smokers, but would never refuse to meet a couple who do smoke.elaine is an ex-smoker anyway,AND, if theres a bit of wacky being offered, she forgets she is an EX smoker |

The tablets
Yes they make you sick - I was sick for a week or more - but if you want to give up the easiest pain free way thats available then you have to accept that the sickness will pass and you will be a non smoker
33 years of a 30 a day habit - knocked on the head in 6 weeks and never wanted a smoke since
