I want too loose about a stone and get a lot more fitter. I want too use my stupidly expensive mountain bike a lot more and maybe give up the smokes I recently started having again but most of all I want to get out on my motorbike a lot more..... |

Yeah it's nearly time for that new year new me bullshit I'm really bad at resolutions but I'll probably join the gym in January as I gave it a miss this year. |

I losted a stone lately but no doubt I'll have it back on soon. Me and herself is planning on joining a gym to get in better shape, herself hopes to start a course next year. |

I've a multitude of new years resolutions, mainly centred about health and well being, the "stop smoking" one isn't there yet, but will probably make an appearance during the first half of the year. I'm enrolling in a couple of courses, some for professional development while other will be for my personal well being. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the back of 2015 and seeing what 2016 has in store! |

Mine is get back to gym n healthy eating. Not specifically to loose weight but because I felt so much better and had more energy.
Also try n give up smoking (again)

Beware of pushing it too much, I've had a year of injuries by doing so.
I'm tipping away at 22 (5k) now, but if I push it to 21 I'll feel it in the Achilles. I usually wait until spring to up the distance (10+) and pace
