Happy Christmas everyone I've met along my travels and also to people whom I haven't met yet. Wishing everyone a healthy, happy and safe 2016...
Sometimes we complain about the smallest of things not realizing how lucky we actually are.
Spare a thought for everyone less fortunate than us this coming new year and my new years resolution is... When I pass someone in life who looks down or has a heavy heart I will share a smile. It costs nothing but can make someone's day.

I do too although hard at times cause we l have bad days but it's important to make people feel special and important |

Not a lot of people really know me in here but let me tell you one thing with absolute certainty. Someone talking to you, smiling at you, giving you a little nod with some uncomplicated friendliness and courtesy behind it does make a big difference although you mightn't think it.... |

As a sufferer of bouts depression I can 100% concur with this. A smile a nod a hello anything that can make me smile is good. |

Sometimes we get wrapped up in our own little world and forget about other people. I do try and make an effort...I was out for a 10km jog yesterday morning and wore a Santa hat just to brighten someone's day and it worked, it's the simple things that can trigger a response.

Smiling not only changes other people's approach to you but it has an inward change, like a small glowing cinder in dark days. It's a choice. Happy smiling everyone. We need more of it in the forums. |

I agree,my motto in live is just be nice to people.Its not hard to do and you will get the same back then.There is more good than bad in this world,the good just doesnt hog the headlines.A smile is defo a good thing and quite infectious. |

Let the handful of couples and females active here send a friendly " I saw your profile and liked it " out to the 435 males the 237 female (actually male ) and the 267 couples (wishful thinking males) sure that would make us all smile , I'm smiling writing it. Until a small fee to register is enforced I think this might be a administrative nightmare |
