Which plan ??
If u have or are recovering from a back injury I wouldn't recommend jogging/running and that's my professional advice.
Walking is ok ..
I'd try some light stretches up against a wall .. That wall is just there for balance and support,, so squat against the wall .. Leg raises against wall ..
Swimming is a good all round body workout.
