Why do some get upset if someone writes in capitals?
So someone said it's shouting,you're reading it,not saying it,read it quietly,I'd much rather someone wrote in capitals that that dreadful text style. |

It means they are shouting and comes across as aggressive. Not only that tho it is harder for the eye to read letters in capitals than normal writing. |
