Took them a few times they basically open up all yoyr blood vessels all over your body and thin your blood. But viagra was an accident. Pfizer produced a heart medication designed to dilate blood vessels and actually take the pressure off the heart.
All the trials resulted in 'interesting side effects' and BOOM somebody got stupidly rich lol

It's great to be able to stay hard longer and repeat several times in a session but I'd advise against a lot of the stuff online that claims to be viagra. It usually comes from a manufacturing facility with no proper regulation or quality control.
