Majority of Muslims are extremely peaceful and abhor violence of any kind. The interpretation of the Koran by some religious leaders of the Muslim fate leads to these extremists. Setting up detention camps to hold all Muslims for something not all of them are doing is extremely harsh and well not very humanitarian in my opinion.

Nobody said every muslim is an extremist. I certainly didn't. What I said was no refugees from muslim countries should be given refuge in Europe.

They made their own mess. Laws that are dictated by religion are oppressive, antiquated and dictatorial. Doesn't matter which muslim country you mention, be it moderate ones like Morocco or opressive ones like Saudi Arabia, they all make laws based on their Quran and not based on civil liberties and civil justice. Their laws and their punishments for violation of these laws are inhumane and uncivilised.

Now all you lefty dogooders think what you like, but when this starts happening in Ireland and one of your family members are caught up in an explosion or gunfire by these maniacs.

It's horrific what's going on in Paris and my heart goes those ones caught up in the attacks and to the French as such

Fully agree, but the momentum of people realising tbat their religions were stifling their true growth as humas,!their growth and understanding of the universe and how it works. The western values are the better values we have learned to live by. We dont behead, amputate, remove testicles and blind people as punishments. Also the practice of burning people alive died out in Europe hundreds of years ago. Middle East countries are on the backheel in regards of progress. Took me ages to find a quote from someone who realises the true perception of things that's so wrong with the western world. Witnesses at the concert say they spoke in French!

If people think these type of Attacks are carried out by refugees they're way off. Many American citizens are now travelling to places like Pakistan for training and radicialization then returning to their homelands with the intent of carrying out acts such as those we seen on the news last night!

ISIS and extremism hasnt suddenly appeard with recent refugees from Syria. There have been Islamic extremists at war with the western world for years. Bin Laden hatred of the western world stemmed from his personal hatred of America.

It seems 1 of the gunmen was a syrian refugee they found a passport he passed through greece in Oct . Strange tho hecwould carry that in him i would think

Worst thing the west ever done was to remove Saddam hussein from power. He controlled isis for many years and half of these attacks would not have happened if he was still in power. Im not justifing what he done in iraq, but in my eyes he was a necessary evil.

Reverse the roles...if you were a refugee would you like that to happen? What happened last night in Paris is commonplace for these people, the west had a hand in it and they're fleeing from it.

If everything you knew was reduced to rubble. If Ireland erupted in a civil war tomorrow, how would you feel if the rest of the world shunned you?
