I really prefer to meet in person most profiles are rushed or passed over anyway, I only ever read if meeting a person. Sounds bad but is don't initiate chat either unless really want to know the person  |

Sometimes, sometimes how they come across on the forum, sometimes their updates or who they have met previously. Conversations  I would respond to mail if I thought they had a personality and able to I guess make me smile. How do you gauge potential meets? I remember how hard it was to please everyone when I was in a couple. |

Well I think some people here should be reported to NCA for false advertising! I could certainly think of few profiles count for some but you after 5 seconds in person  |

Very little. You cant judge a book by the cover. Especially here. Text is emotionless. Chatting on the phone gets you close but not all the way. If you come across as friendly and sincere your on a plus plus. |

There are some very well written and accurate profiles that stand out and are 100 per cent genuine with pics.
But people here lie about their age, body size, location, sexuality, marital status etc etc, the odds of being told the truth are slim. |
