So Im in bed listening to the old greats on my Ipod Frank Sinatra,Tony Bennett, Nat King Cole,I have a few of the Ladys on here to Ella Fitzgerald,Nina Simone, Billie Holliday.
Yea cant music like this anymore love it
What do yea fabbers listen to and do you think shows like the X Factor and The Voice have destroyed music today.

Xfactor used to be good then stopped watching when they put good singers out because they felt sorry for the not so good ones and still happens now, my type of music is r&b |

I know its hipster to say you were into bands before they were cool...but it just happened that way. Biffy clyro? Saw em in the voodoo lounge. Muse? Olympia. I have very eclectic tastes.

I'm a big Dean Martin fan, simply love his voice and he was gorgeous to boot.
I was listening to Patsy Cline the other day when my daughter walked in and asked who she was 
I think its time my kids got a lesson about REAL singers

I went from an all rock/metal view on music until Iistened to him. May want to word it different in the future, but frank opened me up.. 
As for what's in my earballs lately, I'm listening to a lot of Watsky and Reuben

I once heard a lad say. I like fine cuisine. But I also like mc Donald's. It's mass produced and taste good. A mc Donald's meal is pretty generic and forgettable, but it taste good at the time and it serves a purpose. I like fine food but also like mc Donald's. i like frank senara and I like Taylor swift. They are completely different and target a different audience, so one will never replace or destroy the other. |
