Last Friday was causing a bit of mischief in the forums and after realised I was blocked by quite a few, mostly women I happened to notice since i don't often check out dudes.
Isn't that a bit harsh? To each their own but after all its only all for a laugh anyway

Same here. But do I give a flying fuck? No..... Is says more about the person doing the blocking than the person making the post. Just because you post something, whether it is tongue in cheek or messing or banter, whatever and then find yourself blocked. Some people around these parts see themselves intellectually superior to all others. And as soon as a poster posts something that this genius doesn't like/agree with/understand/appreciate they unleash the block button. Gives them a kick in their petty little lives. Don't mind them kid. Ignore them. Even in the forums, ignore them........  |

If someone says something insulting about someone I've met then I'm unlikely to forget it. The insult or comment doesn't just need to be directed at me for me to make a note (written or mental) of it. |

Always hard to tell what people actually mean by posts on the internet. Thongs can be taken up incorrectly quite easily, the person posting or reading could be having a bad day.
Either way it is only the forums for a small community. Not worth worrying over. |

Had you been interacting via mail with them previously?
It could simply be their filters have you blocked anyway. |

Yep, there's people I would avoid because of stuff they've written in the forums. 
I don't see any problem in blocking someone if you disliked them and you didn't like the idea of them perving on your profile or pic's, saves any unwanted messages too.  |

I think it shows someone's character and whether or not is tongue in cheek or misinterpreted it's usually clear what people's intentions are ,if people are like that in the forum its unlikely I would be interested in meeting them .I tend to treat people as I would wish to be treated whether that's in the forum at a m&g or whatever. ..so i dont want to interact with people who don't have the same respect or attitude to others tbh

Fairly sure it's people I've never interacted with directly anyhow. Recall being able to see certain profiles at first but then changing to unavailable. At first thought fab was broken in my innocence!

I know some do but for a lot of people it does show their general attitude to others. ..be that good bad or indifferent...I use the forums as I use the site to have a bit of fun or chat with people who are like minded it's ,obviously some have other agendas, that's up to them, I'm just me and I'm the same in real life as I am here tbh
