Yes I know what Winks are... Why they are there, etc...
So just wondering when one gets a Wink, checks Profile and Winks back why the original person is never heard from again!
So what is the point of Winking in first place?? |

Tbh
I rarely remember to check or send winks.
Think it's because when I first joined most of the winks I got were from guys and most of the winks I sent were ignored because I was a newbie.
Must review nd see if anything has changed |

it wasn't directed at you OP but others do...I think the winks are a great way of acknowledging someone on the site that you might have something in common with especially if they have a decent profile. |

No worries... reckon from what I see a Wink is just a Wink and no point in winking back. |

I winked back the last time I got winked at...little was said and we made passionate love shortly afterwards.... Then without a word she ran away... I often looked for her and asked to know where she went but there was no trace....
Heard afterwards that she had taken another lover, had a couple of sets of twins and was living happily until she was slaughtered in her prime...
Happens to all the good sheep eventually... |

I often use a wink as a polite way of saying I'm interested in a profile and if they respond it's a way of knowing that possibly the interest is mutual.i get what you're saying but it's simply how it goes on here. ...sometimes people use a wink in different ways, sometimes people have stuff in real life and they don't have the time to take it further, for some its like winking at someone you're attracted to in real life. ....a quick way to say yummy but no more
